Casamania Chair HIM

Chairs crafted from rotationally moulded polyethylene. Their shapes were created using a 3 dimensional scan of 2 plaster sculptures. Available in two different finishes: matt polyethylene, mass-dyed rotation molded and in glossy varnished polyethylene. "Him & Her are born directly from the ideas behind the Panton Chair. An evolution of the hermaphroditic original, declined into the harmony of the two sexes. They assume sculpted forms like naked models of seduction…but they feel no shame.” Lightness and sensuality come together in the latest version of the iconic HER chair. Continuing research into new chromatic effects lead to the development of a new production method which in turn, has given birth to a new transparent, glass like version. Trans Her is created using rotational moulding technology combined with transparent polycarbonate. Colours in matt polyethylene: white, black, red and green, Her: L/W 49,5 P/D 61,4 H 87 Sh 43 cm (also availlable as chair HER).
